By engaging with MV SS Electrical's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service request.
2.1. MV SS Electrical will provide services as outlined in the agreed scope of work.
2.2. All work will be carried out in accordance with relevant South African electrical standards and regulations.
2.3. Any variations to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing.
3.1. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. Additional charges may apply for emergency call-outs outside normal business hours.
4.1. Our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from completion.
4.2. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied equipment and parts.
4.3. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.
5.1. Clients must provide safe access to all work areas.
5.2. MV SS Electrical reserves the right to refuse work in unsafe conditions.
6.1. MV SS Electrical maintains comprehensive insurance coverage.
6.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7.1. 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of scheduled work.
7.2. Cancellation fees may apply for late notice.
These terms are governed by South African law and subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
MV SS Electrical reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
